• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or changes

• First no-show/late cancellation: 50% charge

• Second: 100% charge

• Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

🚗 Parking

Langley: Free parking in front of the clinic

Downtown: Paid parking is available nearby. Impark Lot #98 (The Exchange Hotel, 475 Howe St) is recommended on weekdays, and EasyPark - Lot 19 (900 W Cordova St) on weekends.
